How long will counselling take?

Depending on your needs, counselling can last for a few sessions, or for a longer period. For example, a short term counselling contract can be for 12 sessions. A longer term counselling contract can be open ended. Your initial consultation gives you the opportunity to clarify a therapy duration that suits you.

Is counselling confidential?

Yes, information disclosed in sessions is kept confidential. There are a few, exceptional circumstances in which confidentiality agreement may need to be broken, and these situations will be discussed and explained at the beginning of our work.

Where is your Central London practice?

The Central London practice is at 4 Manchester Square, London W1U 3PD. This location is a 5 minute walk from Bond Street Underground station.

When are appointments available?

Online sessions
Monday to Thursday (daytime) via Zoom.

In-person sessions
Daytime appointments are available at the Central London practice on Fridays.
